Department of Justice charges fifth foreigner with voting illegally in Nevada

The department charged Argentine national Mariela Delia Mendoza, who is in the United States legally but is not an U.S. citizen, with the crime, which carries a penalty of up to one year of imprisonment, a fine of up to $100,000, or both.
