The Holy See Press Office has announced a briefing to be held on Tuesday, 3 November 2026, at 13.00, to discuss the upcoming Apostolic Journey of Pope Leo XIV to Uruguay, Argentina, and Peru. The briefing will be led by Director Matteo Bruni and will take place at the Holy See Press Office, located at Via della Conciliazione 54.
Journalists and media operators who wish to participate in the briefing remotely must apply through the Holy See Press Office online accreditation system, selecting the event "Briefing Viaggio Apostolico in Uruguay, Argentina e Perù", no later than two hours before the event.
Those who are admitted will receive a confirmation and a link to access the virtual platform, allowing them to ask questions during the briefing. For in-person participation, journalists and media operators must apply through the same online accreditation system, but no later than 24 hours before the event.
Accredited journalists are advised to arrive 30 minutes before the start time. The Apostolic Journey is scheduled to take place from 6 to 17 November 2026. The briefing aims to provide details about the programme of the journey.
