The UK Government has announced that over 23,000 digital Veteran Cards have been downloaded since its launch in October 2025. This digital card allows veterans to access discounts and prove their service using their phone, providing a convenient way to keep proof of their service.
Remembrance Sunday is a time for the country to come together and honour the courage, service, and sacrifice of the Armed Forces community, and the digital Veteran Card is one way to support those who have served. The UK Government is promoting the card as a way to show appreciation for the service and sacrifice of veterans.
