President Donald Trump delivered his final address to voters before the midterms at the newly restored Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. He began by discussing his efforts to renovate Washington, D.C., and announced the reopening of the Reflecting Pool.

Trump also jokingly suggested renaming the pool after himself, although he quickly clarified that he was not serious. Trump then shifted his focus to the upcoming election, urging voters to support Republican candidates. He claimed that Democratic candidates are more radical than ever and warned that they pose a significant threat to the country.

Trump emphasized the importance of maintaining a strong and free Congress, saying that voters must preserve "a little bit of apple pie" in the legislative body. The president's remarks came as Democrats are favored to win control of the House, although Republicans still have a chance of maintaining their majority in the Senate.

Trump singled out certain Democratic candidates, including Abdul El-Sayed, and accused them of holding extreme views. He argued that these candidates are unfit to lead the country and that voters must reject them at the polls. Trump's speech was a last-minute appeal to voters before Election Day, and it remains to be seen whether his words will have a significant impact on the outcome of the midterms.
